With over 30 years of international experience, IVICOM Holding combines technical expertise, sustainable design, and strategic project management to create value across all stages of project development.
Founded in 1991 in Vienna, Ivicom initially focused on trading but soon shifted to engineering in the energy, cryogenics, and cement sectors. Today, Ivicom operates across Europe and beyond, managing engineering companies as well as renewable energy projects in Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Georgia, and Albania.

Company Founded
IVICOM Holding GmbH established in Vienna as Ivicom Handelsges.m.b.H., focused on cosmetics trading.
1994
02.
Strategic Shift
Company transitions to consulting and engineering in the fields of energy, cryogenics, and cement industry.
2001
03.
Zagreb Hub
Zagreb branch opened and later becomes the group’s engineering centre (Ivicom Consulting d.o.o.).
2008
04.
Renewables Entry
Company enters renewable energy development.
2010
05.
Major Contracts
Wins BOO tender with Mitsubishi for Krnovo; SPVs and local entities established.
2017
05.
Krnovo Commissioned
Krnovo Wind Farm (74 MW) put into operation.
2023
05.
Krivača Completed
Krivača Wind Farm (103 MW) commissioned in Serbia.
2024–

Gvozd Project
Construction of Gvozd Wind Farm begins; project currently ongoing.

We have commissioned over 230 MW of wind power capacity in Montenegro and Serbia, with more than 300 MW in the development pipeline.
